Help Fund The Runaway, a #BLD B&B in Jamaica
Former Brooklynites Kalisa Martin and Jeff Belizaire were sick of New York winters. (Can you blame them?) She, a trained chef and acclaimed foodie, and he, a digital media and marketing expert, began plotting their escape over a year ago: to own and operate their own four room luxury bed and breakfast on Jamaica’s north coast. The good news is they’re inviting you to join them. The better news is they’ll feed you breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cue the #BLD hashtag and round of applause.
With all the startup details squared away — including the property, community ties, local outings and culinary delights — the last thing they need is funding for small renovations and interior design.
