Your Anxiety, App-ified
If there’s a greeting card for every occasion, there’s certainly an app for every problem — including your anxiety. Unstuck is a free mobile, tablet, and online app that coaches users through phases of feeling stuck, whether it be in their job, relationship, or burger binge. According to its site, Unstuck “helps us see and solve situations with fresh perspective through provocative questions, targeted tips, and action-oriented tools.”
The app walks you through a series of simple and straight-forward questions, then applies an algorithm to determine your diagnosis. The final result is one of 11 possible types of stuck, including the Reluctant Adaptor, the Idle Achiever, the Lone Leader, and the Perplexed Planner. Each diagnosis suggests tips to help you get, well, unstuck.
